These Terms & Conditions apply to the Manager for Satisfactory app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Tievo (the "Service Provider") as a free service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, or of our trademarks, is prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider. Satisfactory is a trademark of Coffee Stain Studios; this Application is an independent companion app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Coffee Stain Studios.
The Service Provider may modify the Application or introduce charges for its services at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated to you beforehand. The Application is currently free, with an optional "Remove Ads" in-app purchase handled by Google Play Billing.
You are responsible for keeping your device and your access to the Application secure. We advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may expose it to malware, compromise security features, and cause the Application to malfunction.
The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms:
Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not work at full capacity due to lack of connectivity. If you use the Application over mobile data, your carrier's charges apply, including roaming charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have permission from the bill payer.
While we strive to keep the Application updated and accurate, some information is provided by third parties. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from your reliance on the Application's functionality. It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged and connected.
The Service Provider may update the Application, and system requirements may change; you may need to install updates to keep using it. The Service Provider may also stop providing the Application and terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these terms end and you must stop using the Application.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance.
