Privacy Policy – Manager for Satisfactory

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data by Tievo (the “Service Provider”) through the mobile application Manager for Satisfactory (the “Application”). The Application is provided free of charge and is offered “as is”. The Application is a companion app for the video game Satisfactory, which is owned and developed by Coffee Stain Studios. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Coffee Stain Studios.

All third‑party providers guarantee an adequate level of protection (e.g., EU‑US Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Purposes of Processing

Authentication & access to the app and the Satisfactory server.
Game state synchronization with the official server.
UI/UX personalization (language, theme, max saves).
Push notifications for game‑related alerts.
Advertising (AdMob) to subsidise the free service.
Usage analytics to improve the product.
Error reporting via Crashlytics.

6. Data Retention

Uninstalling the Application removes all local data.

Continuing to use the app after a policy update constitutes acceptance.

9. Security Measures

TLS encryption for all network traffic to Firebase and the Satisfactory server.
At‑rest encryption for Firestore and the local SQLite database (AppDatabase).
Regular security audits (every 6 months) and automatic crash‑reporting via Crashlytics.

10. Disclosure to Third Parties

We share only aggregated, anonymized data with third parties for improvement purposes. Personal data may be disclosed when:

Required by law (e.g., subpoena, court order).
Necessary to protect our rights, safety, or investigate fraud (in good faith).
Shared with trusted service providers bound by contract to use the data solely for our instructions.

11. Children’s Privacy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the app and a push notification will be sent. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.
