Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data by Tievo (the "Service Provider") through the mobile application Manager for Satisfactory (the "Application"). The Application is provided free of charge and offered "as is". It is a companion app for the video game Satisfactory, owned by Coffee Stain Studios, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Coffee Stain Studios.

No sensitive personal data (health, religion, sexual orientation, etc.) is collected. We never access files in your Google Drive other than the save files created by the app.

4. Advertising & Consent

The Application shows ads through Google AdMob with Unity Ads as a mediation network, to keep the app free.

Users in the EEA and UK are shown a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) on first launch to choose between personalized and non-personalized ads. You can change this choice at any time.
Outside those regions, ads may be personalized based on your advertising identifier, which you can reset or limit from your device settings.
Purchasing the optional "Remove Ads" upgrade disables all advertising.

5. In-App Purchases

The Application offers a single optional one-time purchase, "Remove Ads", processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, see or store your payment details — they are handled by Google. We only receive a confirmation that the purchase was completed.

Third-party providers rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Data Retention

8. Your Rights & How to Delete Your Data

Under GDPR and similar laws you can access, rectify, restrict or erase your personal data. You can delete your account and data at any time:

In the app: Profile → Privacy & Data → "Delete Account and Data".
By email: write to [email protected] from the address linked to your account.

9. Opt-Out

Uninstalling the Application removes all local data from your device.
You can reset or limit your advertising identifier from your Android settings.
You can revoke notification and Drive permissions from your device / Google Account settings at any time.

10. Security

All network traffic to Google services and to your Satisfactory server uses TLS encryption.
Sensitive credentials (server admin passwords and API tokens) are stored encrypted using Android's secure storage.
The local database and preferences are kept in the app's private, sandboxed storage, accessible only to the app.

12. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

13. Website Cookies (tievo.dev)

Our website tievo.dev (including this app's landing page) uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and interactions. Analytics cookies are disabled by default through Google Consent Mode and are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. If you decline, no website-analytics cookies are stored.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance.
